Ratatouille (2007) is a popular animated film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Directed by Brad Bird and written by Bird and Jan Pinkava, Ratatouille is a delightful blend of comedy, adventure, and heart, featuring a unique and engaging story.
The movie follows Remy, a rat with an exceptional sense of taste and smell, who is fascinated by the culinary arts. He is inspired by his hero, the famous chef Gusteau, whose restaurant motto is "Anyone can cook." After a series of events, Remy finds himself in the kitchen of Gusteau's restaurant in Paris, despite the fact that rats are unwelcome in kitchens.
Remy forms an unlikely partnership with Linguini, a bumbling young man who is hired as a garbage boy at the restaurant. When Linguini accidentally discovers that Remy can control his movements by pulling his hair, they team up to create exquisite dishes that quickly make the restaurant famous. But their success is threatened by the suspicious Anton Ego, a food critic with a very high standard, and the challenges of keeping their secret safe.
